How do my parents or grandparents apply for Visitor Visas?

Parents or grandparents of Employment Gold Card holders must visit the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs website ( Application for a Visitor Visa for Visiting Relatives ) to complete the visa application form, then submit the following documents to the relevant overseas mission to apply for a visitor visa:

  1. A completed visa application form, printed and signed.
  2. A passport with at least six months of validity.
  3. Two color passport photos taken within the past six months (white background).
  4. A copy of the Employment Gold Card (or the overseas approval certificate for the Employment Gold Card “Resident Authorization Certificate”) and proof of the family relationship.
