As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager/Director to lead our global sales team to new heights. ●Position Overview: As the Senior Sales Manager/Director at Amaryllo, you will be responsible for driving our global sales strategy and leading a talented team of sales professionals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales approach, fostering a culture of excellence, and achieving ambitious sales targets. ●Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the global sales team, including setting clear sales goals and performance expectations. Global Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and targets. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across different regions, ensuring they have the resources and support needed for success. Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, and enhancing customer relationships. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives. ●Qualifications: Proven track record of success in senior sales management positions, with at least 10 years of experience. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in a global context. Experience working in the SaaS / Cloud-based solution is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.
