A－AI QA Automation Engineer（汐止總部）

This role focuses on testing real-time human-machine interface (HMI) software widely used in industrial automation and control systems. The software enables intuitive, high-performance visualization and interaction with industrial processes, often operating under demanding real-time and high-reliability conditions. It plays a key role in data acquisition, process monitoring, and operator control through rich graphical displays. As part of the QA team, you will be involved in validating complex UI workflows and real-time behaviors using tools and technologies such as C#, Coded UI, Playwright, and UI Automation. You will also participate in localization testing for multilingual support, and perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases, usability issues, and non-obvious defects.

【RESPONSIBILITY】

  • Formulate test plans according to software design requirements, build test environments and compile test cases to ensure the planning and standardization of product testing
  • Effectively execute test cases, submit defects and track management
  • Drive the development progress and process improvement, actively summarize and share your testing experience
  • Be able to continuously learn various testing methods, and continuously improve testing thinking and testing skills
  • Take on AI initiatives that optimize current QA workflow such as test case generation, script generation, automation, and more

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • Undergraduate degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in software testing
  • Love testing work, have a strong willingness to learn and good learning ability, have a strong sense of responsibility and communication skills, and have team spirit
  • Familiar with software testing theory and process, understand various software testing technologies and methods, such as localization testing, functional testing, automated testing, PSR testing and security testing
  • Experience in Selenium. Familiar with Playwright is a plus
  • Have experience in formulating test plans, test methods, and writing test frameworks and test cases
  • Strong software defect analysis and logical thinking ability
  • Understand llms, AI agents, and related frameworks such as langchain, langgraph, smoleagent, google ADK, or others

【NICE TO HAVE】

  • Experience in agile project testing is a plus
  • Experience in independently designing and executing automated testing and performance testing is a plus
  • Possess good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
  • Interest in AI-assisted software testing
  • Familiarity or curiosity with tools like RAG, n8n, or AI agents
  • Basic Python scripting ability for exploring simple AI + QA workflows is a plus
