Admissions and Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities As the Admissions and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:
First Point of Contact: Engage with prospective parents, providing clear explanations of our product, and educational philosophy. Admissions and Enrollment Process: Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiries to final enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for both students and parents. Parent and Student Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for new and existing parents, addressing their questions, providing support, and ensuring a smooth transition for students into the school. Consultations and Onboarding: Organize assessment classes, consultations, and orientation sessions for new students and families. Student Scheduling: Manage student schedules, ensuring they align with their academic goals and the school’s curriculum structure. Collaborating with Principal: Work closely with the Principal to arrange regular meetings with current parents to review student progress and discuss upcoming curriculum plans. Parent Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships with current parents, ensuring high satisfaction and regularly checking in to address any questions or concerns. Reporting and Analytics: Track admissions data, identify trends, and prepare reports for the school’s leadership team on enrollment, student transitions, and satisfaction levels. Marketing Collaboration: Liaise with the Social Media Manager to ensure marketing strategies increase student enrollment and enhance brand visibility. Contacting admissions managers: Liaising with admissions managers in other international schools to ensure they are aware of our services so that we are their preferred education institute for assisting students transition into their school. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Communications, Education, or related field) 3+ years of experience in an admissions or communications role, preferably in an international school or similar environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both parents and students Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with international school systems and academic structures Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred Benefits
