Fine-tune models with proprietary data. Explore and deliver strategies for extending product capabilities with AI agents. Perform model evaluation for continuous learning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various business areas. Implement and adapt the latest AI research and frameworks to improve product performance. Serve as a key individual contributor. 【Qualification】 AI research experience, with a focus on deep learning, generative models, and LLMs. Agentic AI Experience Expertise in reinforcement learning for large language model. Proven experience for building and deploying LLMs into production environments. Proficiency with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. Strong leadership skills in managing complex projects and mentoring team members. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Publications in top AI or ML conferences or journals are a plus.
