AiXense VSaaS/Orbweb Connect Sales The AiXense/Orbweb Connect Platform Sales explores and develops with the assigned targeted market. Based on assigned markets, the platform Sales is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and white-label partner recruitment objectives. The white-label Sales Director represents the AiXense VSaaS/Orbweb Connect platform products and services to the assigned targeted market though may focus on a specific solution if focused in a partner vertical market. The AiXense VSaaS/Orbweb Connect sales reports to the Director of Sales. • Establishes and develops VSaaS/Orbweb Connect platforms customers in assigned markets. • Establishes productive, professional relationships with the key local players in each assigned market. • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet white-label customers’ performance objectives and expectations. • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned targeted markets. • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customers’ needs on an ongoing basis. • Leads solution development efforts that best address end customers’ needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel. • Achieves assigned sales quota in designated targeted markets. • Meets assigned expectations for profitability. • Completes sales account plans that meet company standards. • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame. • Reports to the Director of Sales • Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed. • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with ODM customers. • Works closely with Post-sales Customer Service Representatives to ensure successful F10 system deployment and customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution • Minimum of four years of international sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment, especially focusing on the surveillance industry. • Languages: Fluent in English. (Spanish/French/German will be a plus) • PC proficiency ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS • This position requires extensive travel. • All prospective employees must pass a background check.
