Demand & Production Planner Specialist 需求與生產管理師
You excel in supply chain management, analyzing demand, and refining forecasting models. You thrive in ambiguity, structuring data into actionable plans. Proactively engaging with colleagues, you gather insights and review inventory planning regularly.
Your role includes analyzing trends, executing demand forecasts, and managing production and semi-finished inventory. You investigate gaps between expected and actual sales, adjusting forecasts based on sales and marketing insights.
When demand shrinks, you assess its impact on inventory and production, adjusting plans accordingly. Since production is fixed for three months, you collaborate with vendors to find solutions, such as delaying purchases or reallocating stock.
You manage forecasts up to six months ahead, aligning with vendors to adjust deliveries and prevent overages. You thrive in the dynamic, problem-solving nature of supply chain management.
