Product Specialist/Manager - Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced team player as an Ecommerce Product Manager to join our team. As the Ecommerce Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our ecommerce platform by leading and execution of our ecommerce product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional team members to define product meta data, prioritize features attribute, enrich product data and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and help business growth.
Responsibilities:
*Work closely with cross-functional teams ( marketing/operation) to define product requirements. *Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement. *Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to develop go-to-market plans and support product launches. *Continuously iterate on product features and user experience to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. *Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and industry trends to identify opportunities for new products and features.
Requirements:
*Capable of leveraging AI tools to enhance performance and efficiency, with a solid understanding of prompt creation and concept. *Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce product management. *Moderate understanding of ecommerce platforms, tools, and technologies. *Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. *Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. *Fast Learner with an open mind. Job Description:
Data Management (Constructing and managing Data life cycle). Product content creatation with tools and data entry. Auditing of uploaded content across multichannel platforms (Data correction). Ensuring product data integrity and completeness across all platforms. Scheduled product listing. Managing marketing data content exchange to support successful SEO with marketing team. Overseeing product page content, descriptions, and metadata (metafields, meta objects). Market pricing research and update. Using media editing tools (photo, video, AI tools) for content enhancement. Inventory management. Troubleshooting product and data issues with suppliers. Negotiating with suppliers and after service.
Requisit:
Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Expertise in media layout and design (Photoshop, Canva, and other editing tools). Basic photography skills with relevant past experience. Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (including formulas and AI tools). English content creation skills for product descriptions (with AI tools). Effective time management for handling daily tasks, projects, and reporting. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Experience within online commerce ecosystem. Strong organizational and communication skills for team collaboration (Walling app). Project management basic concept.
