EU/UK Ecommerce Specialist/Manager

Key Responsibilities: Platform Management: Oversee the ongoing management of UK Shopify platform. Strategy Development: Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse site performance, user behaviour, and sales data to inform strategic decisions. Customer Experience: Enhance the online customer journey, ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience. SEO & SEM: Optimize the website for search engines and manage online advertising campaigns Manage Third-Party: Oversee and collaborate with 3rd party to enhance reach and improve performance through strategic partnerships. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business goals. Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely product availability. Content Creation: Develop and manage social media to engage customers and drive traffic to the website. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably with Shopify and a startup background Technical Skills: Proficient in ecommerce platforms, SEO, SEM, and web analytics tools. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
