In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and supporting qualification stress flows and characterizations for Micron’s world-class products. Your work will be pivotal in establishing and enforcing quality and reliability standards through detailed testing and analysis. Responsibilities Generate Reliability Test Flows • Review new design specifications to ensure alignment with quality standards. • Successfully implement and verify stress and characterization flows as requested. • Debug any issues encountered during the flow’s development to maintain flawless execution. • Optimize tests to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the reliability assessments. Failure Analyzation • Identify and determine relevant failures that require resolution for qualification. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, categorize, and resolve failures strictly and efficiently. Minimum Qualifications • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Proven knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, including C++, Java, Python, C#, Ruby, and more. • Familiarity with semiconductor device physics.
