Go-To-Market Specialist
[General Responsibilities]
Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new products and marketing campaigns, ensuring successful launches in the assigned region to achieve the given branding and sales targets. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, Brand, influencer marketing, digital Ads, CRM, social and content marketing to define product positioning, messaging, and targeting strategies. Monitor and measure the success of go-to-market initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics, making data-driven adjustments as necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences to continuously optimize go-to-market strategies. Develop co-marketing partnership to elevate brand position and product sales. [Job Requirements]
Proven experience in product marketing, go-to-market planning, or a related role, preferably in a related industry. Strong ability to utilize data dashboards to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations. Proactive and self-driven mindset with a keen eye for identifying sales opportunities in the market. Proficiency in project management and workflow optimization. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural teams, understanding and appreciating different perspectives and adapting communication styles accordingly. Fluency in Chinese is required, and good command in English is a huge plus.
