As the Side Leader of WITS’s Offshore Delivery Center, you will lead and execute tasks related to the Client Success Representative (CSR) and Operation Support Representative (OSR) roles. You will ensure consistent service quality, project efficiency, and operational support. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and proactive problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with internal operational goals. 【Key Responsibilities】 Team Management & Collaboration • Manage and monitor the daily performance of CSR and OSR team members • Act as a communication bridge between the offshore team and local delivery/client teams • Coordinate cross-departmental resources to enhance team execution efficiency CSR Role – Client Success Representative • Develop and maintain enterprise client relationships, plan and execute account strategies to meet sales targets (including proposals, presentations, pricing, and progress tracking) • Understand client needs and design tailored talent solutions to address workforce challenges and help clients achieve business goals • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure project execution, training, and delivery meet client expectations OSR Role – Operation Support Representative • Manage business unit billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing • Provide general administrative support to the department as needed • Assist in team care efforts to maintain a positive and supportive work environment 【Requirements】 • Bachelor’s degree or above. • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or delivery management, with team leadership experience preferred. • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written); capable of handling international clients and internal meetings. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and process management tools. • Strong stress management, problem-solving skills, and cross-cultural communication abilities. 【Preferred Qualifications】 • Experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or Shared Services Center. • Familiarity with CRM systems or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
