Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. The role focuses on core services like Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Copilot, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, while overseeing and coordinating license management and integration with third-party systems. The ideal candidate will continuously improve the user experience by driving system efficiency, ensuring data security, and integrating cloud services with external platforms to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft Purview (Data Governance & Compliance): .Implement and manage Microsoft Purview features, including data loss prevention (DLP), sensitivity labels, and information protection. .Support compliance initiatives by managing eDiscovery, audit logs, and data retention policies to meet regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR). Collaboration Tools Management (SharePoint Online,Teams, OneDrive, etc.): .Oversee the configuration, administration, and optimization of SharePoint .Online and Microsoft Teams to improve productivity and collaboration. .Manage the setup, structure, and permissions of SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and document libraries. .Continuously improve collaboration workflows by integrating third-party tools and services into Microsoft 365, such as document management systems, project management tools, or CRM solutions. License Management: .Oversee and optimize Microsoft 365 license assignments and usage, ensuring proper allocation and cost efficiency. .Monitor license consumption and adjust allocations based on user needs and organizational growth. User Experience Enhancement and Support: .Act as 2nd support line to help on solving users’ issues in concern of Microsoft 365 and fulfil the SLA. .Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify areas of improvement in the user experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. .Continuously assess and implement enhancements to improve productivity, collaboration, and ease of use across services such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. .Provide user training and support to maximize the effective use of Microsoft 365 services. Integration with Third-Party Systems: .Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 with third-party systems, such as CRMs, project management tools, and ERP systems, using APIs, Power Automate, or other connectors. .Coordinate with third-party vendors to implement and maintain integrations that enhance workflows and business processes. Security and Compliance: .Develop and enforce security policies across Microsoft 365 services, ensuring that organizational data is secure and compliant with industry standards. .Implement zero-trust security models and advanced security features like Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and identity protection through Entra ID. Automation and Continuous Improvement: .Use PowerShell scripting and other automation tools to streamline administrative tasks, reporting, and monitoring within Microsoft 365. .Evaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 features, updates, and third-party .tools that support continuous improvement efforts and optimize the system environment. Monitoring and Reporting: .Monitor the health, performance, and security of the Microsoft 365 environment, generating regular reports for system performance, compliance, and user activity. .Track and report key metrics related to user adoption, license usage, and system health, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
