Job Summary Alpha Intelligence Manifolds (AIM) is an innovative and rapidly growing startup at the forefront of digital diagnostics, transforming the healthcare landscape with world-leading AI-driven solutions. AIM’s multiple product pipelines have been approved by the USA FDA, Taiwan T-FDA, and Vietnam IMDA and Japan PMDA, and are paving inroads into Malaysia, Thailand and China markets. Job Expectations • Job Definition: Lead sales/BD initiatives, oversee sales operations, build sales team and distribution channel in non-Japan oversea markets, including
- market research, trade show setup and onsite product training;
- product demo and sales presentation, highlighting clinical value and customer benefits using AIM’s AI-driven products and services;
- pricing model that maximizes growth rate from diverse revenue streams of product sales, service fees and subscriptions;
- major business opportunities, sales channels and strategic partnerships in the healthcare and diagnostics markets;
- alignment with marketing and product team to achieve corporate objectives and annual budget;
- sales report & forecasts with variance analysis and key performance metrics on monthly and quarterly review meetings.
Requirements: • willing to travel oversea frequently (at least 25%) with good command of English and business contract capability; • Salesmanship with abilities to present technical information, articulate value proposition of AI-driven medical solutions and to close deals effectively. • Quick learner, self-motivated, demonstrating high degree of accountability, adept at building strong relationships with various medical/governmental organizations; • Track records of achieving/exceeding sales targets in a high-growth startup with leadership, internal team and external partner management skills. • 5+ years in sales leadership roles, prior exposures in medical system/solution, SaMD/SaaS and/or knowledge of healthcare industry, clinical applications a plus;
