Overseas FAE Technical Support
Location: Taiwan
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues for customers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and technical challenges.
- Work closely with development teams to escalate bugs and communicate feature requests.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent customer roadblocks.
- Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to educate customers on product functionality and best practices.
- Build strong customer relationships while based in Taiwan, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
