Overseas FAE Technical Support

Location: Taiwan

  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues for customers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  2. Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and technical challenges.
  3. Work closely with development teams to escalate bugs and communicate feature requests.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent customer roadblocks.
  5. Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to educate customers on product functionality and best practices.
  6. Build strong customer relationships while based in Taiwan, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
