Program Manager (Customer Delivery)

About the Role We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive execution across multiple AI programs with global enterprise partners. You’ll coordinate between internal teams — Solutions Architecture, Product, BD, and Forward Deployed Engineering — and ensure each customer team hits its milestones on time.

You’ll need strong technical literacy (comfortable understanding APIs and AI-driven workflows), excellent English communication, and the ability to work across time zones — occasionally adjusting your schedule for U.S.-based or international calls.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple customer workstreams, track progress, and own delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate SA, Product, BD, and Engineering teams to align goals and dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer-side delivery tracking and reporting.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear internal action plans.
  • Understand our platform and APIs to guide discussions on feasibility and integration.
  • Prepare status updates and proactively identify risks or delays.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in program or project management (AI, SaaS, or platform experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of software development or AI/ML workflows — able to discuss APIs, pipelines, and data flow.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — able to lead calls with foreign customers and internal global teams.
  • Willingness to shift working hours when needed to support U.S. or international partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment.
