Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly capable Account Manager who will be responsible for leading account strategy to build relationships and drive business growth in Taiwan. The successful candidate will collaborate with head quarter technical sales and product marketing teams, with desired support from executive to key stakeholders, and deliver business results to customers. Responsibilities: ● Drive the sales and business development of X-ray inspection system across diverse industries, with a specialized focus on the semiconductor advanced package field. ●Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries. ● Collaborate with technical sales and product marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met with innovative solutions ● Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. ● Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies. ●Experience in distributor management is a plus, as you will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing distributor relationships in the region. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field. ● Language Proficiency: Proficiency in english ●In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, especially in advanced packaging. ●>5 Years of Sales Experience: We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging and inspection equipment industry
