Sales Manager
- Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, creating value in the Southeast Asia market.
- Continuously create and follow up on leads and opportunities that support business growth for both customers and our own business.
- Develop a comprehensive business development plan for the assigned region, encompassing Key Account (KA) prospecting, partnerships, and distributor initiatives.
- Decide on a go-to-market channel strategy and channel program to maximize sales quantity and profit.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IPC company or a related field, with a proven track record and performance in previous business development roles.
- Strong skills in developing new customers and new opportunities.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English are essential.
- The ability to deliver presentations and demonstrate professionalism is critical for the success of this role.
- Experience in OEM/ODM account development with a proven track record is a plus and preferred.
