Sales Manager
Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, creating value in the Southeast Asia market. Continuously create and follow up on leads and opportunities that support business growth for both customers and our own business. Develop a comprehensive business development plan for the assigned region, encompassing Key Account (KA) prospecting, partnerships, and distributor initiatives. Decide on a go-to-market channel strategy and channel program to maximize sales quantity and profit. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IPC company or a related field, with a proven track record and performance in previous business development roles. Strong skills in developing new customers and new opportunities. Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English are essential. The ability to deliver presentations and demonstrate professionalism is critical for the success of this role. Experience in OEM/ODM account development with a proven track record is a plus and preferred.
