Sales Operations Analyst (1-Year Contract)

The Team and Role: As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support Logitech’s GCO (Global Commercial Organization) Sales & Marketing Operations team in managing vital processes for our global business.

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for enhancing revenue operations, streamline processes, and collaborate across teams to ensure excellent execution of critical business initiatives.

In this role you will: • Global Program Operations: Manage daily transactions and conduct regular controls for the Global Partner Portal program. • Revenue Systems Support: Assist with program creation, monitoring, and approval follow-ups in core revenue systems. • Incentive Program Compliance: Support the Proof of Performance (POP) process for worldwide incentive programs. • Claims Coordination: Collaborate with the Claims team to oversee monitoring, tracking, and resolution of pending claims. • System Enhancements: Work with global finance and project teams to drive system improvements. • Quarterly Closings: Support the quarterly revenue closing process. You may also contribute to: • Developing advanced analytics and streamlined processes. • Driving harmonization initiatives across regions. • Enhancing sales force education through training, direct support, and troubleshooting.
