• Performs detailed semiconductor account analyses including but not limited to review discussion forum websites and product specifications.
• Plans, analyzes, and participates in Compliance Audits that drive revenue recovery throughout Asia, with a focus in Greater China.
• Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for resolving cases.
• Develops and produces metrics and identify indicators for improvement opportunities. Communicates progress to upper management.
