Senior Sales Professional (Taiwan based)
Role Overview -
The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth, expanding key customer relationships, and supporting Arizon’s global commercial strategy. This role focuses primarily on Taiwan while also engaging with international customers as needed. The position requires strong business development capability, hands-on execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities -
Business Development & Market Growth:
- Develop and execute sales plans based on company targets and market opportunities.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new customers in Taiwan and selected international markets.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and deliver consistent revenue growth.
Key Account Management:
- Maintain and deepen long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer needs, provide timely support, and identify opportunities to expand business within accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Market & Brand Activities:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, seminars, and customer workshops.
- Support market intelligence gathering and competitor analysis.
- Promote Arison’s brand, solutions, and capabilities through professional engagement with industry stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Finance, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
- Coordinate pricing, quotations, product information, and project timelines with relevant functions.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, customer insights, and market feedback to senior management.
