Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company’s current strategic priorities.

Drive customer acquisition and business growth by engaging with clients worldwide through direct visits and relationship building.

Monitor industry dynamics, evaluate market opportunities, and design strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in the pharmaceutical and medical nutrition sectors.

Deliver project proposals and presentations to US/EU clients, set up development plans, ensure execution, and secure new deals; strong negotiation skills are essential.

Provide responsive customer service and coordinate with internal teams when additional support is required.

Collaborate with market access, marketing, sales, and product development teams to craft strategies that reinforce the company’s positioning as a multi-solution provider for customers’ new product launches.

Partner with global support functions throughout the development cycle and deliver technical assistance to customers as needed.

Foster teamwork and create a balanced, cooperative culture to ensure efficient operations and timely project delivery.

Manage due diligence logistics for out-licensing initiatives, including handling electronic documentation, distributing key materials to diligence teams, and monitoring progress.

Additional duties may include supporting the drafting and review of term sheets and legal agreements, as well as maintaining cross-functional communication with R&D and finance.
