Responsibilities:
Work closely with product managers(PO), the engineering team, and other cross-functional partners to define product strategy and champion the user experience in our product. Define the guidelines and strategies for how our partners interact and build for BlendVision products. Flex your storytelling and collaboration muscles, working as a part of a collaborative team. Facilitate workshops with engineers and product managers to establish project scope and explore potential solutions to identified challenges. Help your team plan and conduct exploratory user research and practical usability tests. Influence and shape how we approach our work, ship products, and drive the roadmap. Requirements:
Minimum of 5~8 years experience in design, with fluency across web, mobile, and gestural interaction design. Multiple years of experience working with embedded design systems teams, building close relationships with Engineering and other partners to craft innovative design languages and tooling to up-level our company’s product quality. An eye for detail and the ability to get to the root of the problem with a customer-centric lens. Strong execution skills, with experience in modern tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Adobe Creative, etc. Preferred Qualification:
Proficient in creating Figma components, libraries, and templates. Strong communication and collaboration skills, significantly influencing and partnering across many organizational levels. Experience driving product direction autonomously, from planning to delivering business outcomes. We’re seeking a self-starter who asks for help when needed. A growth mindset. Our team moves fast, and there’s always something to learn. Exposure to research, understanding of design thinking, and methodologies used to develop customer empathy and validate product concepts. It would be best if you also were comfortable synthesizing insights from qualitative and quantitative UX research. You think in systems instead of one-off approaches and can quickly identify improvements and opportunities from a high level.
