Sustaining Test Engineer(Mid-Senior)

Company: Sitime Taiwan 矽坦時脈有限公司 Job Opening: Sustaining Test Engineer Job Scope includes: Production Support on Test Engineering aspect. Provide Test Data analysis on Wafer Probing/Circuit Probing or Final Testing. Qualification on Test HW, Product and Test Program. Will be responsible on Set-up, HW and Test Program debug on a Production Environment. Provide disposition on Test Engineering related issues on a Manufacturing Environment. Drive TTR and Yield Enhancement initiatives. Need to interface with OSAT personnel in providing test program releases and product, HW and test program qualifications. Test program, HW and System(Tester/Prober/Handler) buy-off execution and production releases. NPI to Mass Production test process qualification support. Test Program code debug and test program revision updates on code changes depending on requirement and product specifications. Travel locally and Internationally based on job need may be required. Desired Qualifications: 5-years and above in Semiconductor Industry with strong Background in Test Engineering in Final Test or Wafer/Circuit Probing or both. ATE Equipment Background. Knowledge in ETS-88 tester is a plus. Familiar to knowledgeable in C++ or Python. Familiar with ATE Set-up on HW debug for Tester, Probe Cards, CIB, HIB, Load Board. Foreigners with APRC status living in Taiwan are welcome to apply. Bachelors or above in Engineering or any related field. Good communication in English and Chinese or English.
