Sustaining Test Technician

Company: Sitime Taiwan 矽坦時脈有限公司 Job Opening: Sustaining Test Technician Job Scope includes: Responsibilities: • Set-up test system and hardware including but not limited to Probe Card, Circuit Interface Board, Load Board. • Execute test data collection for correlation and buy-off activities for new Hardware, Test Program, Product. • Provide basic level hardware debug on the test production set-up or lab test set-up. • Basic Hardware trouble shooting and repair for Probe Card, Circuit Interface Board, Load Board. • Assist Engineer in Production and Lab activities for Final Testing and Circuit Probing. Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included): • Bachelor’s Degree(preferred) in Engineering, Computer, Electrical, Industrial • Experience with Prober and ATE Handler • Experience with Final Test Testing and/or Wafer Sort/Circuit Probing. • Experience on-Line Sustaining for Final Test or Circuit Probe/Wafer Sort.
