Responsibilities: Senior Associate: ● Manage full recruitment cycles from sourcing to offer negotiation for crypto and blockchain roles. ● Conduct interviews, assessing candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit within a tech-driven environment. ● Lead recruitment projects, including diversity and employer branding initiatives tailored to the crypto community. ● Utilize direct sourcing to engage passive candidates in blockchain and tech markets. ● Conduct market mapping to analyze industry talent pools and competitor recruitment strategies. ● Analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and align with industry trends. Mentor junior team members on best practices in sourcing and interviewing. Assistant Manager: ● Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligning with company goals and crypto/Web3 demands. ● Work closely with hiring managers to craft job descriptions that attract top candidates. ● Enhance the candidate experience, including onboarding processes suited to the industry’s dynamic nature. ● Train and support the team on advanced sourcing techniques for technical and specialized blockchain roles. ● Use market mapping to track talent acquisition trends and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. ● Address complex recruitment inquiries and escalations using industry knowledge. Manager: ● Oversee high-impact recruitment projects driving growth in the blockchain space. ● Develop and manage relationships with vendors and agencies specializing in crypto and tech talent. ● Analyze labor market trends in the crypto/Web3 sector, adjusting strategies to attract top talent. ● Implement direct sourcing strategies, building a strong industry network. ● Provide leadership with strategic insights on talent acquisition and workforce planning. ● Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovative recruiting practices. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within tech, crypto, or blockchain. ● Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices in tech and blockchain. ● Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a tech-driven environment. ● Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and making informed decisions. ● Proven ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Nice to Haves ● Corporate recruitment experience is a plus. ● Software industry recruitment experience is a plus. ● Experience in recruitment projects or employer branding is a plus.
