Personal Workspace (PWS) is the biggest division of Logitech, consisting of the tech devices that help people be at their creative and productive best in their personal workspace. Our PWS business is a key pillar of Logitech’s future as a global brand known for great design and exceptional user experiences. As the PWS Technical project manage video/webcam, you will work with a cross functional team to develop, sustain, improve, and cost reduce our existing webcam portfolio. You will also work in close partnership with our operation and marketing to maximize the portfolio profitability through the entire lifecycle.

• Manage and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) development through the product life cycle process from concept to product delivery - apply project management standards. • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver projects on time within defined expectations in terms of experience, cost and quality. • Lead and staff a project team - multi-functions and multi-sites (worldwide). • Work with a cross functional team to develop, sustain, continuously improve and cost reduce the C&P portfolio. • Collaborate with our sourcing team to identify and manage components end of life, second source needs or potential cost reduction. • Facilitate communication between operation, marketing and design team to rapidly prioritize, scope and deliver multiple projects. • Report on a regular basis the project status to the key stakeholders and escalate when projects are at risk. • Participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, failure analysis, root cause, and corrective action processes as required. • Manage product Build of Material (BOM) and key project / product documentation.
