◉ Product Video Demos ▪ Script, shoot, and edit irresistible feature demos that make prospects hit “Sign up.” ▪ Partner with Product & Design to showcase real-world value and polished aesthetics. ▪ Track watch-time, click-through, and retention metrics—then optimize relentlessly.

◉ Threads & Social Buzz ▪ Jump into trending conversations on Threads and other platforms, amplifying our brand voice. ▪ Craft witty replies, provoke meaningful dialogue, and turn comments into conversions. ▪ Harvest user insights and funnel them back to Product for continuous improvement.

◉ Full-Funnel Ad Ops ▪ Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads—owning ROAS like a KPI ninja. ▪ Segment audiences, run A/B tests on creatives and bids, and scale winning ad sets. ▪ Repurpose top-performing UGC and demo clips into high-impact ad creatives.

◉ Vibe Marketing & SEO (We’ll coach you on-site) ▪ Shape an “always-on” content vibe that marries keywords with killer storytelling. ▪ Team with Content to refine site structure, meta tags, and blog strategy for organic lift. ▪ Monitor SEO KPIs and recommend experiments that build compounding traffic assets.

❑ WHAT MAKES YOU SHINE

★ 1–3 yrs hands-on experience in video production or digital marketing, and you can cut footage in Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve (or similar). ★ Proven track record running Google & Meta campaigns—audience targeting, creative slicing, A/B testing, and decoding metrics. ★ Mandarin & English communication skills (you’ll juggle bilingual copy daily). ★ Social-savvy: you know the meme before it goes mainstream and can translate it into brand love. ★ Data-driven curiosity—comfortable with ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rate spreadsheets. ★ Multitask maestro: excellent project management and cross-team collaboration. ★ (Bonus) Passion for interior design, handwritten cards, or lifestyle e-commerce.
