Job Responsibilities •Support the creation and design of telecom network monitoring and optimization solutions for telecom operators. •Prepare, create and maintain product requirement documents (PRD), user manuals and feature description documents. •Provide technical support and troubleshooting at customer sites or remotely. •Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, Project) to deliver tailored solutions and feedback for product enhancement •Participate in requirement progress tracking and technical discussions with developer. Basic Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields •Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom operations, system integration, or technical support roles •Solid understanding of LTE/5G network architecture (RAN, EPC, 5GC, OSS) and key performance indicators •Able to interpret logs, traces, and PCAP files; analyze wireless performance data •Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar) •Strong communication and documentation skills in a technical context Soft Skills •Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible •Analytical thinker with problem-solving mindset •Willingness to learn new telecom technologies quickly •Team player with strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications •Hands-on experience with telecom diagnostic tools such as TEMS, Actix, QXDM, Wireshark •Familiarity with GIS tools or radio coverage analysis (e.g., RSRP, SINR mapping) •Intermediate English skills or above; able to read and understand technical documents
