Position: Senior QA Engineer (Data center and AVB switches) 網通產品資深測試工程師 Location: Netgear Taiwan Engineering Center, Neihu, Taipei, Taiwan 台北內湖區
Summary Description: As a business product QA Engineer, you will be responsible for product verification testing on NETGEAR Data center and AVB switches products.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Create and execute new test cases to verify Layer 2/Layer 3 switch functionality, performance, and security. Develop and implement test plans for data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and storage systems. Conduct system-level testing to validate hardware and software integration. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve system issues. Assist in recreating field issues and work with RD/Support/ODM or chipset vendors to determine root causes. Review and update manual test cases based on customer or PE requirements. Generate test reports for each firmware version and follow up on bug resolutions. Understand the functions and features of the products being tested. Train team members and share job-related knowledge. Confirm test case steps and assist automation engineers in automating test cases. Support automation QA engineers in debugging issues found by automation scripts.
