• Lead negotiations with key clients and suppliers, securing favorable trading terms. • Manage high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. • Oversee the execution of complex trade transactions, including large-volume and multi-region deals. • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize sourcing and supply chain efficiency. • Analyze sales performance, pricing trends, and market data to inform business decisions. • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. • Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Trade Associates and Trade Analysts. • Represent the group at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. • Experience: 3-5 years in trading, sales, or supply chain management (experience in a trade managing role or equivalent required). • Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a focus on strategic sales. • Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and mentor junior team members. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems • Communication: Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
