【Finance】Financial Director

We value talent development, innovation, and open communication, and are dedicated to superior customer value and social responsibility. 【Job Summary】 Oversee day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all accounting tasks. 【Duties and responsibilities】 • Accounting / Closing Oversee accounting procedures and recommend process changes as needed. Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year-end close processes. Prepare all accounting records & financial statements timely. Collaborate with third-party accounting firms for audits. Establish and update internal control plans to comply with SOX requirements. • Tax Support Oversee federal, state, and property tax filings. Collaborate with third-party tax advisory firms for tax audits. Manage and prepare transfer pricing documentation for intra-group transactions in compliance with regulations. • Treasury Oversee cash flow forecasting. Manage expenditures, bank accounts, daily cash summaries, and maintain operational cash levels. Handle all banking transactions and corporate card processing. Manage accounts receivables and track related records, ensuring proper communication with relevant parties. Develop, present, and oversee financial budgets annually and quarterly. • Fixed Asset Management Manage fixed asset records and develop asset verification plans. • Finance Reporting Maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structures. Report to the parent company for consolidated financial statements. Respond to government authorities regarding tax and other official requests. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial information regularly and as needed. • Support Financial Function Provide best practice support on documents, databases, and departmental systems to senior colleagues. Tasks include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and time and expense recording. 【Qualifications】 • Experience 12+ years of experience in the FMCG industry as a finance/accounting manager. Experienced SAP (FI/TR/CO) system user. • Knowledge Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously In-depth knowledge of market changes and opportunities, and ability to respond appropriately. Proficient in SAP (FI/TR/CO) system processes. • Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. • Other Requirements Strong communication and relationship-building skills with team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Self-starter with a demonstrated strong work ethic. Proficiency in Korean is highly desirable. • Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
