A－ Mid-Level_MAUI Mobile Engineer Tester（Global project）（汐止／Ｈybrid ）

【Essential Duties and Responsibilities】 Participates in the testing process through test design, execution, review and test witnessing in the context of a fast-paced, agile development process. Test software throughout the development cycle, including test planning, scripting and executions, bug management and reporting progress. Participating in Agile practices such as daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and retrospective. Working alongside other team members such as Software Engineers and Product Owners to produce high quality software. Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts. Reviewing the work of less experienced team members. Creating manual test scripts for functionality which cannot be automated or not yet automated. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Adhere to company policies, procedures, behaviors, and ethics. Is attentive to detail and accuracy, is committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems.
