Account Manager_IoT software solution
《About this Role》 The UltronSMART team is seeking a talented individual to drive revenue growth, supporting our ongoing development of products and services in Taiwan. In close collaboration with our partners, we identify opportunities and create growth strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences and expand the adoption of the ULTRON ecosystem.
In this role, your primary objective will be to grow business relationships with IoT product partners, working toward ambitious sales targets. You’ll build strong, collaborative relationships, negotiate strategic programs, and enhance partner capabilities to create outstanding physical and digital experiences for end customers that benefit both ULTRON and our partners. This position plays a crucial role in achieving ULTRON IoT software solution sales revenue targets, with a focus on, but not limited to, “Ultron IoT Marketing Platform.” As the account manager, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive mid-to-long-term account plan while identifying new opportunities to drive ULTRON’s business growth.

*Notice: Monthly salary for this position is determined based on experience and the ability to meet basic performance targets. Exceeding these targets qualifies for additional performance bonuses.

Gain deep insights into market trends and channel dynamics, crafting robust account plans that align with our partners’ strategies while expanding ULTRON’s presence. Engage with partners to explore transformative business opportunities, using data-driven insights and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis to identify growth potential. Present compelling business cases to both new and existing partners for expanding the Ultron IoT Solution business. Collaborate consistently with partners to uncover and capitalize on new business growth opportunities that drive mutual success. Leverage sales programs, enablement tools, and training resources to strengthen partner capabilities, with regular assessments to communicate and enhance the partnership’s impact.”
