Admin. Coordinator (Contract-May 2025 to August 31 2025)

The Administrative Coordinator is a contract position. The Administrative responsible for the general oversight and management of many aspects of Center finance, admin and facilities. This is including but not limited to: Finance & Compliance • Oversee day-to-day financial operations related to study abroad programs in Taipei • Monitor and complete financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and reimbursements • Collaborate with program managers to develop program budgets • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for financial matters, including payments and contracts • Oversight, along with Center Director, of Center financials and month-end reporting in Netsuite • Implement best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance operations • Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations governing study abroad programs Facilities • General maintenance and improvement of Center facilities & classrooms • Supervises liaison with maintenance contractors, office repairs, renovations, fire safety code • Coordinates and oversees IT facilities and maintenance of classrooms, living, special events • Office asset management record keeper Administration & HR • Oversee, along with Center Director, Center HR-related matters, including, but not limited to: Hiring & onboarding new employees, tax-related questions, offboarding processes and management of timesheets/personal reimbursement • Organize and lead team-building events • Handles local insurance compliance and acts as onsite liaison for iNext in Portland • Secure necessary visas and permits for students • Other duties as required
