The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for growing customers’ satisfaction with BQool’s software suite. The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relating to this role will be evaluated on customer retention and support quality. You will aid our customers and teach them how to best utilize BQool products. Responsibilities:
Engage with Customers Daily: Manage inbound emails, calls, and live chat to assist customers with product-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Drive Customer Value: Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant features or services that increase customer value and product adoption. Boost Retention: Proactively engage with existing users to ensure satisfaction, reduce churn, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. Onboard & Educate Users: Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they understand the product and experience a smooth start. Provide Responsive Support: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism. Gather Feedback: Capture user insights and relay them to internal teams to support continuous improvement of our services and offerings.
