  • About the Role - We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in Taiwan who’s excited to help users succeed and take ownership in a global, fast-paced environment. You’ll join a passionate team focused on helping customers achieve success with AdCreative.ai—not just by solving problems, but by proactively driving retention, engagement, and long-term value. In this role, you’ll provide world-class support through chat and email, help customers reach their goals, and play a key part in reducing churn and maximizing revenue retention.

  • What You’ll Be Doing -

  1. Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful support via chat and email
  2. Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through features
  3. Conduct churn-save outreach and demos to retain customers and reduce cancellations
  4. Identify upsell opportunities and help customers realize the full value of the platform
  5. Track and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product
  6. Be the voice of the customer—collaborate with product and tech teams
  7. Contribute to our help center and internal documentation
  8. Join weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and knowledge sessions
  • What We’re Looking For -
  1. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  2. Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
  3. Self-starter who works well independently and takes initiative
  4. Organized and detail-oriented
  5. A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
  6. Able to cover night shifts (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Taipei time)
