About the Role - We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in Taiwan who’s excited to help users succeed and take ownership in a global, fast-paced environment. You’ll join a passionate team focused on helping customers achieve success with AdCreative.ai—not just by solving problems, but by proactively driving retention, engagement, and long-term value. In this role, you’ll provide world-class support through chat and email, help customers reach their goals, and play a key part in reducing churn and maximizing revenue retention.

What You’ll Be Doing -
- Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful support via chat and email
- Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through features
- Conduct churn-save outreach and demos to retain customers and reduce cancellations
- Identify upsell opportunities and help customers realize the full value of the platform
- Track and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product
- Be the voice of the customer—collaborate with product and tech teams
- Contribute to our help center and internal documentation
- Join weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and knowledge sessions
- What We’re Looking For -
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
- Self-starter who works well independently and takes initiative
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
- Able to cover night shifts (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Taipei time)
- Bonus points if you have: ✨ Experience in customer-facing roles ✨ Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, or other CRMs ✨ Experience in churn reduction, renewals, or revenue retention ✨An interest or background in marketing, SaaS, or design tools
