kokozi is seeking a talented and ambitious eCommerce Operations Assistant Manager to oversee and enhance our eCommerce operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient handling of orders, managing content on our platforms, and supporting our operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: Order Management and Fulfillment: • Efficiently process orders to ensure timely delivery. • Reconcile shipments and manage inventory to maintain accuracy. • Monitor and enhance customer service satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. Content Management on Digital Platforms: • Manage and operate the audio content management system. • Ensure accurate listing and maintenance of audio content on platforms. Reporting and Operational Support: • Regularly report operational status and any issues to the Operations Manager. • Assist in managing and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth department operations. Job Requirements: • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, specifically in customer service, and project coordination. • Experience with content management systems, particularly in website and app content operations. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate in English, both written and spoken. • Ability to quickly learn and multitask in a dynamic environment.
