· Amazon Marketplace Management: · Oversee the daily operations of our Amazon storefronts, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management. · Develop and execute strategies to optimize product visibility and ranking on Amazon search results. · Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
· Product Listings and Optimization: · Create, update, and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy and relevance, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords. · Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product discoverability.
· Advertising and Promotions: · Plan, execute, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) to drive traffic and sales. · Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
· Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: · Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment. · Monitor inventory health and manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments.
· Customer Experience and Reviews: · Manage customer feedback and reviews, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues. · Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: · Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. · Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and present insights to the management team.
· Compliance and Policy Adherence: · Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, including brand registry, product safety, and intellectual property rights. · Stay updated on changes in Amazon’s policies and adjust strategies accordingly.
