•Responsible for working with regional sales to drive the customer forecast into S&OP system •Drive initiatives with supply chain planning to ensure capacity/supply plans can support forecasted demand •Support regular meetings with customers, supply chain planning, quality and other functions to address fulfillment topics •Under the direction of the Director of Sales Ops (US), works to streamline communications between the Asia Pac / GC region and US region to ensure an aligned strategy, clear and prioritized customer target sand clarity on supply chain / order status for assigned corporate customer. •Work closely with Inside Sales to ensure new business opportunities are properly supported, and fluctuations in customer demand are properly communicated to respective stakeholders. •Lead customer negotiations in region on, chargebacks, import/export, supply gaps and customs topics. •Establish and develop key relationships at all levels between Infineon and customers, including but not limited to Sales, Purchasing, Program Management, Quality, and Operations •Support shortage root cause analysis and provide directions and solutions on improvements •Identify opportunities for streamlining operations to exceed customer expectations •Coordinate customer plant set-up, new account set-up •Work with closely with accounts receivable on payment disputes
