We are novium, a Taiwan-based product design company. Our brand spirit revolves around embracing challenges and exploring the unknown. We are drawn to the excitement of creating unprecedented products. Through continuous exploration and experimentation, we strive to deliver innovative and refined designs, offering our customers refreshing and unique choices.
While our brand’s current focus is primarily on pens, novium’s future is not limited to this category. We are eager to explore any products that align with our brand philosophy, aiming to launch 1-2 new products each year.
Over 90% of novium’s sales come from overseas markets. We work with distributors in multiple countries and operate our own website and Amazon stores in Europe and North America. Since launching our first Hoverpen in 2018, our revenue has doubled annually, with enough sales volume to stack over 70 Taipei 101 skyscrapers! In 2023, we achieved a remarkable annual revenue of 180 million TWD.
Our brand’s growth is driven by insights gained through long-term DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) sales and collaborations with international distributors to validate market preferences. A significant portion of our revenue and profits come from our North American Amazon storefront, launched in 2021. Given this success, we are highly optimistic about the future of our U.S. website. ● Job Objective: Responsible for the growth of novium’s U.S. website, with the goal of establishing it as a leading D2C brand in the U.S. market.
● Work Environment:
Option to work remotely one day per week; we value task completion over work location. Fixed office hours from 1 PM to 6 PM daily, with flexible scheduling for other hours. A youthful team atmosphere with open communication and encouraged horizontal collaboration. Competitive salary and benefits, with year-end bonuses increasing alongside business growth. In 2023, the average annual salary reached the equivalent of 20 months’ pay. ● Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales on the U.S. official website. Monitor sales data and operational analytics: analyze sales performance across platforms, advertising results, and product conversion rates to support decision-making and encourage team members to adjust operational strategies. Coordinate operational strategies across platforms, including promotional event planning, inventory management, and advertising budget allocation. Plan and execute CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization): continuously seek new ways to optimize the website, review execution examples from other brands, identify suitable third-party apps, and improve all pages such as product and checkout pages. Conduct A/B testing and analyze the results. Manage the daily operations of the platform. ● Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience managing operations on Shopify. Strong communication skills and an open-minded approach to new challenges. Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to plan and hold yourself accountable. Ability to work independently, coordinate across departments, and collaborate within a team. Experience in managing e-commerce operations in North America. Experience living in North America. A personal interest in novium products. Flexible and creative thinking skills. Proficiency in SEO principles and tools.
