ERP Implementation Specialist / Senior Accountant

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy accountant with strong ERP implementation experience, particularly in Oracle NetSuite, to support our finance transformation initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional accounting—it requires project management skills, system optimization expertise, and the ability to drive process improvements during and post-ERP migration. —— Key Responsibilities —— Support ERP System Integration & Optimization in APAC o Act as the primary finance contact for Oracle NetSuite implementation, ensuring seamless migration of accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets). o Collaborate with IT and consultants to implement workflow change, resolve data migration issues, and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing). o Post-go-live: Troubleshoot system issues, train end-users, and propose enhancements. Project Management for Finance Automation o Streamline month-end close processes by leveraging NetSuite’s automation capabilities (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations). o Drive initiatives to reduce manual work (e.g., automated AP approvals, bank feeds integration). Core Accounting & Compliance o Perform month-end closing with a focus on system-driven accuracy (e.g., automated reconciliation tools in NetSuite). o Oversee local tax filings (VAT, withholding tax) with audit-ready digital trails. o Liaise with CPA firms for audits, ensuring ERP data aligns with reporting requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration o Partner with Controlling and BU operations teams to align system data with business analytics. o Support ad-hoc projects (e.g., cost analysis, cash flow modeling) using NetSuite saved searches/dashboards.
