Manager: ● Oversee high-level recruitment projects and initiatives that significantly impact the organization’s growth in the blockchain space. ● Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and recruitment agencies that specialize in crypto and tech talent. ● Analyze labor market trends specific to the crypto/Web3 sector, adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly to attract top talent. ● Implement direct sourcing strategies to build a network of potential candidates and maintain relationships with industry talent. ● Provide strategic insights to leadership regarding talent acquisition and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives. ● Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative recruiting practices that reflect the fast-paced nature of the industry. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within tech, crypto, or blockchain environments. ● Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices, particularly in the tech and blockchain sectors. ● Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels within a tech-driven environment. ● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market trends. ● Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative landscape.
