(高雄路竹)Instrumentation & Controls Engineer (Merck Semi Engineering)

Legal entity: SAFC Hitech Taiwan Co., Ltd. Location: Kaohsiung Luzhu Factory Area Your Role 1.　Design, develop, and implement instrumentation and control solution to company’s CapEX projects thru different project phases. 2.　Develop instrumentation specification, control system architecture, functional description, and system integration requirement that will satisfy process and safety requirements and complying with company’s design standards. 3.　Interface with external EPC and system integrator to successfully deliver integrated process control system and safety instrumented system to company’s plants on-time, on-budget, and meeting user requirement. 4.　Interface with project manager, engineers from other disciplines, and vendors to develop and implement instrumentation and control systems. 5.　Being an internal subject matter expert in instrumentation selection, control system configuration, control logic & programming, and data data aggregation & visualization. 6.　Keep good communication, coordination, collaboration, and follow-up ability; able to execute assignments from project team with minimal supervision. Act flexibly to cope with changing conditions. Who You Are 1.　Minimum 6 years experience in instrumentation and control system design, preferably in chemical industry/plant. 2.　Familiar with hazardous area/zone classification, experience in explosion-proof design and in safety instrument system design (SIL), familiar with processes safety analysis (HAZOP). 3.　Good understanding and experience on control systems (i.e., DCS, PLC and SCADA), experience in instrumentation and control loops design. 4.　Technical and detail-oriented, independent, self-management, good communication and team work skill. 5.　Able to interface between internal and external companies, able to proactively discuss design content with end-users, able to act flexibly to cope with changing conditions, report constantly on current progress work schedules and budget spending 6.　Communicable English skills «立刻加入我們的人才專區 Register now to our new Talent Zone » It is a great way to stay connected, learn more about our company, career opportunities and events! 立刻加入人才專區，一起施展超能力! https://careers.vibrantm.com/global/en/jointalentcommunity
