What you’ll do.
・As a learning and leadership architect, you will design and implement a structured, long-term learning framework that supports employee development across career stages—from onboarding to leadership capability building—using blended, scalable approaches. ・As a strategic problem-solver, you will apply strong conceptual and logical thinking to identify root causes, synthesize complex information, and build solutions that align with organizational and talent priorities. ・As a talent development partner, you will lead talent calibration and review processes, design bench talent programs, and ensure readiness of future leaders by partnering closely with HRBPs, HR Leaders, and BU stakeholders. As cultural engagement driver, you will oversee and implement enterprise-level HR programs such as 360° feedback, employee engagement surveys, and culture initiatives to foster an inclusive, high-performing environment. ・As a program driver, you will manage training operations—including vendor collaboration, budget control, and policy optimization—ensuring all initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver measurable impact.
