[IFM] MEP Senior Project Manager

Account Management · Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their construction and operational needs, and aligning services to meet their expectations. · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional service offerings. · Identify decision makers, influencers in the client organization and build healthy long term partnerships · Ensure a strategic business plan for the delivery of all the services across a multi-service line client portfolio and be responsible for the delivery of that plan as required. Budgeting and Financial Management · Develop and manage regional account-related budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control measures. · Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize spending. · Ensure all financial reports are accurate and timely as per the agreed timeline set out under the agreement. Ensure costs are managed within appropriate budgets. Performance Reporting · Prepare regular performance reports, including key metrics, financial analysis, and updates for senior management and clients. · Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Solutions Management · Support and lead the Regional Data Centre Vertical and other work streams on opportunities and solutions for local / regional clients · Drive account sales growth and ensure renewals of key account contracts · Develop a thorough understanding of Work Dynamic’s capabilities & licenses across APAC (high level for US & EMEA) · Develop and manage pipeline of prospective new business with a 6 to 24 months view · Collaborate internally with Accounts, PDS, IFM, Office Leasing Advisory (OLA), Consulting, Research & Technology to be able to build best solutions for clients using the full width and depth of the JLL platform Project Management · Lead and oversee facility-related projects, such as renovations, expansions, and relocations. · Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Health and Safety Compliance · Ensure that all facilities comply with relevant health and safety regulations and standards. Implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors. • Provide advice, consultant, and be the authorized representative through site-enablement and pre-construction-related aspects of projects. • Work with internal stakeholders, client teams and third-party consultants and contractors to administer the required works required for pre-construction on behalf of our client. • Coordinate, clarify, and track design activities with Client and Client’s third-party contractors. • Experience of utilities applications process • Client-relationship management and with excellent communication skills to keep client, stakeholders and teams informed of program delivery progress, risks, scope changes etc. • Coordinate Value Engineering effort when required with all key stakeholders. • Work with project teams addressing and resolving any design issues/changes to design drawings and provide input to any required changes in design and scope prior to start of construction. Requirements: • With at least 15 years’ experience in the technical and project management • A post-graduate degree in engineering, construction, project / construction management also a big plus. • Experienced in managing multiple parties, vendors, stakeholders and priorities with various milestones. • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese • Detail-orientated and organized in your approach to project management. • Ability to think, analyze and problem solve in high pressure situations. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to complete within specified deadlines.
