IT Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking an Information Technology Engineer to take care of our IT needs. Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance, advice and training to users, resolve issues at the tier one level, and escalate issues out to the appropriate escalation team. Installing, configuring, and provisioning the computer hardware, software and peripherals. Oversee deployment and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring optimal and reliable operations. Manage and maintain company IT assets and systemic inventory. Administration of corporate telecom/network systems including the topology, configuration, design & security. Research and recommend technologies and best practices approaches for our environment. Assist with DevOps and Security projects. Technical Skills The ability to interact confidently with users to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. Good communication ability, both written and verbal in English. Advanced knowledge of network technology & security principles. Advanced knowledge of MDM & system provision in Mac/Linux System. Advanced knowledge in managing the cloud IT services and security.
