The team works on both hardware and software, balancing constraints with creativity and applying a deep understanding of users. The Lead UX Designer for gaming software, is responsible for designing our consumer-facing software platforms, delivering complex software features that enable and support our hardware products while keeping an eye on the big picture of platform design, usability, and development. Working with a design system and guidelines. Apply your extensive experience to lead software design, setting the right objectives, approaches, and methods. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and product managers. Communicate your design proposals confidently and effectively. Make strategic recommendations where appropriate and guide decision-makers through the process. Work within a global team, which may occasionally require flexibility for meetings across time zones. Have the opportunity for international travel.
