Responsibilities: • Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, onboard, and establish strong relationships with new distributor partners across various international markets, while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing partners. • Strategic Account Management: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key clients and distributors, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and contribute to revenue growth. • Sales Optimization: Understand the unique business needs of both customers and the company to effectively cross-sell and up-sell the company’s product portfolio, ensuring key sales targets are met. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including support, management, advertising, design, marketing, and logistics, to ensure the seamless delivery of services that meet or exceed partner expectations. • Communication & Advocacy: Act as a key liaison between customers, distributors, and the brand, facilitating clear and consistent communication to strengthen relationships and drive business success. • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly assess partner performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maintain high partner satisfaction and meet business goals. • Sales Negotiations & Forecasting: Lead negotiations on key sales terms, performance metrics, and marketing initiatives with distributors. Collaborate on setting short- and long-term goals, while maintaining a focus on meeting deadlines and performance targets. • Conflict Resolution: Coordinate with other sales channels to mitigate conflicts and ensure smooth operations across multiple distribution channels. • Sales Channel Coordination: Work closely with distributor sales teams to maximize sales volume, develop purchase plans, and implement strategies to optimize stock management. • Sales Funnel & Opportunity Management: Oversee sales pipelines, forecast revenue opportunities, and proactively pursue growth opportunities to drive company success. • Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns aimed at boosting performance with overseas distributors. • Industry Networking: Build and maintain a network of distribution and retail channels within the Southeast Asian sports industry, identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
