Manager , Foundry Quality Management (SQE)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Outsourcing Supplier Quality engineering experts with wafer fabrication environment and process experience to join our experienced team, connected with a worldwide cross functional team and play a crucial role in Supply Quality management and target for highest quality standards and zero defect, If you are passionate about quality and technology and problem solving, we look forward to your application. In your new role you will: Drive and response suppliers’ Quality stability ( Cpk ) and improvements through statistical process control (SPC), 8D review , and define the continuous improvement plans (CIP). Regularly review suppliers Quality index and define continue improve actions. Co-work with QSM ( Quality System Management ) team for establish key performance indicator that comprehensive measure factory Quality performance. Take leader role and investigation and perform problem solving for root cause investigation in Task-force or MRB team for Quality crisis. Be a member of the yield management team that interacts with the suppliers during working meeting. Interface with Infineon Reliability and Quality team for reliability monitoring plan/execution. Member in supplier change review board (PCRB) as a final change releaser and review the change risk assessment. Participant supplier surveillance audit (VDA 6.3) and end customer audit. Work in an international environment and interface with BU ( Business Unit) QM. Dispose owner for the nonconforming product in supply chain. Co-work with Infineon Operation team for end-customer return (FAR) follow up and lesson learn Fan-out ( Read-Across ) execution. Monitor and join review with development and transfer team for the Quality performance from NPI project.And support product-based qualification activities and communication with Infineon individual BU ( Business Unit ).
